Wine dispensers dispense wine in  25ml, 75ml and  150ml pours.  

 

Wine cards for the wine dispensers can be purchased and filled in increments of $25/ $50/ $75/ $100. Please note the physical wine card itself cost $4.25 as it contains patented technology with a microchip that works directly with the wine dispensers. You are welcome to keep the card and recharge your card as needed.

1. The Good Earth Orange 2023 Chardonnay Musque (Ontario): Citrus, tangerine, orange peal, lemon zest, and warm apple.  

2. Echeverria 2024 Sauvignon Blanc (Chile): Very much a Loire Valley style Sauvignon Blanc from Chile. Look for some grassy notes, fresh herbs, citrus, grapefruit and lime.

3. VALDEJAROS 2023 Verdejo (Spain): White flowers, orange flowers, orange zest, lime, thyme and refreshing minerality.

4. La Renaudie 2024 Sauvignon Blanc (France): White flowers, citrus fruit, tropical fruits, passionfruit and a beautiful minerality.

5. Nino 55 Irma 2024 Pecorino/Passerina/Savignon Bianco/Trebbiano (Italy): Stone fruits, peach, pear, lemon, white flowers, grapefruit and minerality.

6. Vina Cartin 2024 Albariono (Spain): Lemon, grapefruit, nectarine, apricot, and a sense of the ocean.

7. Fitapreta 2024 Blend of four indigenous Portuguese varietals (Portugal): Citrus, lemon, grapefruit, fig, and an awesome mineral finish.

8. Privado Chardonnay 2022 (Argentina): White flowers, peach blossom, ripe pineapple, citrus, ripe apple, vanilla, and some light oak notes.

9. Centocontrade 2022 Primitivo (Italy): Ripe red berries, strawberry, cherry, licorice and violets.

10. Oldstar 2021 Carignan Noir (France): Juicy dark fruits, cherry, plum, blackberry and some spicy notes.

11. Bachelder Les Villages 2022 Gamay Noir (Canada): Cherry, raspberry, plum, earth, spice and great minerality! This wine is firmly in a Burgundian style! Crazy this is just a two hour drive away! ​

12. Le Petit Connetable 2024 Pinot Noir (France): Ripe cherry, strawberry jam, roses, and baking spices.

13. Quintela 2023 Douro Blend (Portugal): Red wild flowers, strawberry, raspberry, ripe plum and toasted oak.

14. SHIRAZ 2020 (Australia): Ripe plums, blueberry, blackcurrant, earth and spice.​​

15.  XISTO ILIMITADO 2021 Douro blend (Portugal): Blueberry, blackberry, violets, earth and stone notes.

16. Bruce Jack 2024 Pinotage/Malbec (South Africa): Dark fruits, cherry, blackberry, chocolate, coffee and earthy vanilla.

17. Tandem 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon/Nero D'Avola (Italy): Blackberry, Plum, pepper, licorice, warm earth and rock.

18. Senorio De P.Pecina 2023 Tempranillo (Spain): Red berries, plum, blackberry, cherry and earth notes.​

19. Chateau Des Romains 2021 Bordeaux Blend (France): Black currant, plum, blackberry, cherry some dried herbs and earthy notes.

20. Barisel 2023 Barbera D'Asti (Italy): Look for black cherry, blueberry, raspberry, and tea.

21. Canale Pinot Noir 2024 (Argentina): Cherry, strawberry, red berries, earth and vanilla. 

22. Canale Malbec 2023 (Argentina): Black fruits, plum, cassis, raspberry, chocolate and some smoke notes.

23. Domaine des Carabiniers 2022 Grenache/Syrah/Mouverdre (France): Red fruits, cherry, strawberry, herbal notes, and leather.

24. Pivado Cabernet Franc (Argentina): Very ripe blackcurrant, cherry jam, raspberry, earth and stewed green pepper.
